Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Wibe Chat's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Description of Services
Wibe Chat provides a software development kit (SDK) and application programming interface (API) for adding text messaging, voice calling, and video chat functionality to web and mobile applications.
Account Registration
You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to: transmit harmful, illegal, or abusive content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; exceed your plan's usage limits without authorization; resell or redistribute our SDK without permission.
Pricing and Payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.
Intellectual Property
Wibe Chat retains all rights to its SDK, API, documentation, and related intellectual property. You retain all rights to your application code and user data.
Limitation of Liability
Wibe Chat provides services 'as is' without warranties. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for services in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the SDK and API will be revoked. Your data will be available for export for 30 days after termination.
