What counts as a MAU?
A Monthly Active User (MAU) is a unique user ID that connects to our infrastructure at least once during a 30-day billing cycle. Users are counted regardless of whether they send a message, make a call, or just read history.
Are there overage charges?
We don't believe in surprise bills. If you exceed your MAU limit on the Free, Starter, or Growth plans, we'll reach out to help you upgrade. We never cut off your service or charge hidden fees without your consent.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately (pro-rated), while downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my limit?
We'll notify you when you reach 80% and 100% of your limit. For Growth and Starter customers, we provide a grace period and will work with you to adjust your plan based on your usage trends.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! If you switch to annual billing, you receive 2 months for free (approx. 17% discount) on any paid plan.
Is there a free trial for Growth?
Absolutely. You can try the Growth plan features for 14 days with no credit card required. After the trial, you can choose to subscribe or automatically revert to the Free plan.
